this is a stipple drawing i did of eric draven in 2002 for a drawing class in college. LOTS of dots. it took me some time (a few days). it's still one of my favorites though. and i'm apparently not the only one who thinks so, since it seems to be the most popular thing in my gallery so far.
  Brandon Lee died on March 31 (my birthday) in 1993 at the age of 28 after being shot on the set of The Crow by a prop gun that was supposed to fire blanks. He died in the hospital at 1:03 pm, 12 plus hours after the shooting. The investigation determined that the tip of a "dummy" shell had come dislodged and remained in the barrel unnoticed. The blank cartridge fired with enough force to propel the broken bullet tip out the barrel and into Brandon.  |
